User data that Treble-Up collects and why we collect it.
When you submit a donation via the Treble-Up website you will be redirected to PayPal.com to process your transaction securely. Treble-Up does not process or store any financial details. At the time of donation you will be asked to supply either your name or ‘Anonymous’ to credit the donation to on our pulbic financials page https://treble-up.com/financials/.
You may submit a message to Treble-Up via our contact form on the homepage and the contact page. You will send Treble-Up your name, email address, and message details. These details may be retained in our email archives.

4. Data Retention
If you send an email or submit a message through our general contact form, your email address, name and message details may be retained indefinately in our email archives. If you make a donation through https://treble-up.com/donate/ the name you select at the time of the donation will be stored in our public financials spreadsheet indefinately. At the time of donation you may select to use Anonymous instead of your name. Treble-Up does not collect or store any other data except for direct messages, donation amounts, and name that donation is credited to.
5. Your Rights
You may request that we delete any direct messages you have sent to Treble-Up. You may also request we delete your name from the public financials page. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your messages, contact data, or name be deleted from our email archives or public financials page.
